Caesar Salad Dressing
1/4 cup mayonaise, 1/2 tsp salt (i change this to a pinch of salt ... there is enough in the parmeson and the mayo, 1/ T lemon juice, 1 tsp Worsestershire Sauce Beat this hard.
Add 2 T parmeson cheese, grated fine, and 2 T mild tasting olive oil. Mix well together.
I use a little blender for this purpose. A double recipe works well.
Break the washed and spun dry Romaine Lettuce into bite sized pieces. Toss with dressing to personal taste. Start with just a little, mix, and add more as needed. Sprinkle the top with larger grated parmason cheese and add croutons. I like the Marie Calendar organic seasoned croutons.Enjoy!
